We want you to feel confident trying our products. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Our guarantee is designed to allow you to try our products with confidence while keeping the policy fair for all customers.
Guarantee Details
• Applies to first time customers only
• Covers one opened bottle from your first order
• Additional bottles from the same order must be returned unopened and in their original packaging
• Refund applies to the product cost only
• Original shipping fees are non refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
If the returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, the refund may be declined.
To request a refund, please email hi@coachm.club within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hi@coachm.club as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
